Business
Analysis is the set of tasks, knowledge,
and techniques required to identify
business needs and determine solutions
to business problems.
Solutions often include a systems
development component, but may also
consist of process improvement or
organizational change.
Although we recommend on-site analysis,
business analysis can be performed
remotely, when the budget does not allow
for an on-site analysis.
Therefore, we offer two types of
business analysis: on-site and remote.
1-
On-site analysis
is more comprehensive and allows the
analyst to interact with
employees-better understand the human
capital of a business-and gives the
analyst the opportunity to see the business from different angles
and in different contexts.
2-
Remote analysis is less
comprehensive but also less expensive.
Moreover, is some cases, it will
suffice; as the next stage, the
consulting stage, will continue with
ongoing analysis.
We can also custom make a session where
an analyst could come out for just one
day, and the rest of the data is
gathered remotely, and, thereby, lower
the cost.
We know these are difficult times, and
we are willing to work with you in any
way humanly possible.
